Hello sweetling, I’m Cam, and I’m grateful you stopped by to get to know the ways I can serve you.

I was raised by the moss and trees in Sweden, and the forest's wild wisdom lives in my bones. Now, rooted in the UK, it moves through my work as a cog. hyp. therapist — and your guide back to yourself.

My practice builds on over a decade in the creative industry, where tangible results matter more than anything. As a former client director and brand strategist, I have supported countless leaders and their organisations through critical change.

This experience, along with my devotion to the unseen dimensions of being, makes me a therapist who bridges the gap between insight and integration.

In my practice, these worlds are not separate – it's the marrying of the masculine and feminine, of structure and surrender, intention and intuition, action and being. Intentionally woven together in the service of your lasting, embodied change.

I work with the unshakable conviction that you are not broken. A huge part of my discipline is disrupting the hypnosis of victimhood and dissolving the limitations constructed by the past, and supporting you in becoming a co-author with life. I know it, because I have lived it.

My soul chose a life rich with knots to untangle — generational trauma, familial addiction, repeating abusive relationships and self-abandonment. In the messy process of untangling them, I uncovered threads of gold, and what I weave from them now is the magic I offer forward.
