Some say I was born to do it.

I don’t know if that’s true. But it’s my happy place so I guess they are on to something.

Leading audiences through wonderstorms across the world, including TEDx, Nairobi, Oslo, London, Athens, Rome and Stockholm.

With over a decade of speaking at conferences and lecturing at universities, I now focus on empowering the creative industry.

That means I’m for your:

creative conferences
☞ in-house events
☞ corporate events (yes, you are creative, too!)

What the buzz is about

Speaking lives at the intersection where my professional expertise meets my personal and artistic expression.

Let’s call it the Cam-trifecta:

→ As a brand strategist, I know the importance of crafting clear stories with a piercing message—it’s what I do for a living.

→ As a wordsmith, I forge words into worlds, igniting not just the brain but our sense of wonder.

→ As a master of ceremonies, I tap into the power of presence and set intentional containers that hold the space.

What you get are talks designed for people to go from listeners to experiencers, or what some would call immersive speaking.

In short: I skip the corporate gobbledegook and conjure moments of presence that aren’t just valuable but memorable.

“A powerhouse of knowledge, inspiration and beauty.

I can’t express how much she touches people when they are in the same room. It’s a presence that needs to be felt.

She’s the best I’ve experienced, which isn’t even a bold statement when it comes to her.”

Hekga Osk, founder SERIOUS.BUSINESS

“I’ve hired Camilla for multiple lectures, and it’s the only time my students aren’t on the phone, which says everything. I’ve kept asking her to come back, because every time I learn something new, feeling energised and amazed.”

Birgitta Schwartz, professor at Stockholm University

Hands down the best speaker during my time at Hyper Island. I felt seen and inspired and that I can actually use the insights. I hope she comes back.

Current obsession:

Our creative future

We are experiencing a huge shift with new technologies reshaping the ways we work and exist.

This is all the while we are already dealing with some dire stats in our industry:

→ Creatives are 3x more likely to experience mental health issues than the general population.

64% are considering leaving the creative industry because of their wellbeing.

→ Advertising executives rank lowest on the Veracity Index poll of trust of all professions. Lowest.

It doesn’t sit right with me.

In the wake of generative AI, I come with a potent reminder of our innate human potential.

This immersive keynote explores the implication that Generative AI has on us and our creativity, highlighting the most overlooked supercomputer that ever existed: the human body and mind.

It’s not an anti-tech talk—quite the contrary. By interweaving perspectives from technology with biology, philosophy, and the history of creativity, I encourage the audience to return from the vanguard and reclaim our courage to create.

For us as creatives, for our industry, and a more human(e) future.

I don’t always wear pink sparkly cowboy hats, but I try to walk through life as if I am. Head high.

“Camilla brought so much value to our conference. The guests loved her presentation, and all of us organisers appreciated her coming all the way from Sweden to Nairobi. I urge any conference organiser to book her to bring energy, inspiration and laughter”

Jeoffrey, Effective Altruism

“With incredible wordplay, emotional insight, and a confident instinct, Camilla seamlessly weaves her audience into a unified, collective experience.”

Amanda Weedgren, Design Technologist

“Cam is an insightful storyteller and presenter with a seldom-seen knack for keeping an audience engaged. She combines factual matters with our shared humanity as foundation, which makes it both business-savvy and close-to-heart.”

Josefine Mattsson, founder YadiYada

Book me, baby!

Keynote for conferences

An immersive talk on the courage to create in a time of uncertainty and generative AI.

Well-suited for public conferences and in-house organisational gatherings alike.

Pssst ☞ to land all the insights, we end the talk with a bespoke spoken word inward journey. If you have enough budget for it, I’ll bring live music as well.

Lecture for schools & institutions

On navigating a creative career whilst staying true to oneself for a healthier, enriching, creative future.

The focus is on sharing actionable guidance, knowledge and inspiration. The creative industry can seem like a jungle, and now more than ever, we need to equip future members with the right tools, maps, and mindsets.

Got a special request?

Of course, all requests are special. But if your event doesn’t fit the boxes mentioned, don’t sweat—I can sort you out. My experience ranges from the corporate world to moderating and arranging festivals off-grid. Let’s start with a good ol’ chat and see where it leads us.

Snapshots from
the road

*Away from the public eye, I’m part of hosting a 120+ people, four-day creative festival. It’s private, co-created, not-for-profit, and an absolute playground for creativity.

If we hit up a vibe, you might want to join one year and experience it for yourself.

In an increasingly online world where days are spent split between screens, I see it as a privilege to be a conduit for real-life connections.

I also see it as a duty to make the moments we meet meaningful—not just to meet others but to meet ourselves.

Don’t be surprised if you leave my talks feeling grounded yet invigorated. That’s just what happens when you tap into the nervous system and design events for people to go from listeners to experiencers.

With one foot in the business world and the other in the wild, I brings color to the grayscale, give shapes to facts, and movement to the mundane.

I dare you, book me.

PS. After so many bold statements, I want you to know this:

A: Websites are the mecca of self-promotion. I’d love for this to be more of a conversation, so help a girl out and book a chat to get me out of the cringe.

B: That’s not to say I don’t stand for the boldness or trust that I will blow your socks off. This kind of audacious confidence only comes from loving what you do and knowing the potential impact it holds.

My reverence for public speaking is less about me (the “being on stage”-part is just a necessary evil) and more about my unshakable belief that vulnerable storytelling is the only way to truly share valuable insights.

It comes from the many humbling journeys I have been on (both on but mainly off the beaten track). I generously share what I know and the lessons I’ve learned the hard way from a place of openness and brave sensitivity.

Leading the way towards a world I’d like to see and live in.

C: I’m grateful you have read all this far. Thanks for stopping by my shop window for a while. I hope we get to meet in real life!

“As a speaker, Cam has a gravitational essence that allows people to explore depths and an infectious fire that fuels continued journeys. She is a fierce yet sensitive badass who spellbinds people into presence. You should book her with both hands.”
